The security deposit serves to protect the landlord if the tenant breaks or violates the terms of the lease or rental agreement. It may be used to cover damage to the property, cleaning, key replacement, or back rent.

One extra set of bed linens and towels are provided upon check in. *We provide only bath towels, not beach towels.

Security deposit can by paid Cash or card upon check in. You can also use our bank facility and get your security deposit amount frozen from your Credit/debit card.

Rental amount can by paid online on our website. A request can be generated via an online link for payment. Rental amount can be paid as well by online wire transfer into our account as well as direct cash deposits into our account.

PrimeStay team member will meet you in the property at check in time. A handover will be done to you with Keys and Access cards and a welcome pack.
